Courtney Smith Goodrich ’93 ’95M
Courtney Smith Goodrich has played an integral role in the field of technology, not only at UD, but also across the state and the region. In her role as chief operating officer for enterprise technology at Wells Fargo, Courtney has oversight responsibility for enterprise technology strategy, process and operational enablement.
Her career has been focused on the field of technology, with a scope of experience spanning multiple financial businesses including the investment bank, private bank, treasury and security services and the firm’s internal corporate businesses. In 2013, Courtney received the Alumni Award of Excellence from UD’s Lerner College of Business and Economics, where she earned both her bachelor’s degree in business management and her master’s degree in public administration. She has written about technology, innovation, and opportunity and has been a featured speaker at events including the 2017 Women@Forbes Under 30: MIT Solve Takeover, DelawareBio’s 2017 Inspiring Women in STEM Conference, and the 2016 Pennsylvania Conference for Women.
